It is an implied term that, by using the topmostvacationhomes.com website, you agree to accept our terms and conditions stated below.
Bookings
All rates are per apartment (NOT per person)
All apartment rates are inclusive of Tax at the current applicable rate and service.
All accommodation providers require that there is at least one person aged 18 or over staying at the apartments for each booking. In some instances our apartment providers require that the lead guest of each booking is aged 21 or over.
When you make a reservation through topmostvacationhomes.com, the rates that you see on your search results at the time you make the booking are the rates that we apply and confirm to you. If there are any unforeseen changes or problems with your reservation, we will automatically contact you first for your approval/instructions, before arranging a reservation for you.
Shortly after you submit the secure online booking request form you will be notified by email of your reservation confirmation. The email will include full booking details so you'll have all the information you need.
We will always try to get the confirmation to you as soon as possible.
If for any reason you are unable to access the email address you gave us in the booking request form, please email us using an alternative email address as soon as possible, stating your details.
Payment
Due to a lot of frauds on Credit Cards and Pay Pal, We no longer available these form of payments any longer. The only form of payment accepted is Bank and Wire transfer and one of the reasons we choose to Bank and wire transfer as a means of payment is because most owners of the apartments we offered preferred to receive payments for the apartment directly.
We also charge a refundable security deposit of 200 dollars depends on location. It will be refunded on your departure if there is no damage. We are obligated to keep the designated property reserved for and available to the guest for the agreed-upon dates. The guest is obligated to pay in full (rental fee plus security deposit) the applicable rental charges in case reserving less down 10 nights or 50% of rental fee plus the security deposit in case reserving more than 10 nights for the property upon booking, and is responsible for payment of additional services that may be requested, such as airport transfer etc. We reserve the right to change the rates if the guest wishes to make any modifications to the reservation.
